China's First Welded Pipe Production Line By Using ZTF Forming Technology

Through multiple study, discussion and integrating practical and advanced foreign technology, we successfully developed China's first welded pipe production line using ZTF forming technology in Jiangsu Huajia Group for Ф219 production line. In coarse forming phase, one set of mold can produce a pipe from Ф89~Ф219mm, with the thickness from 2~10mm. With great production progress, molds reserves are significantly reduced, it can be easily adjusted, and production efficiency is improved. Users of our product have given us high praise.
