China's First Directly Square Straight Seam Welded Pipe Production Line

With the growing demand of rectangular steel pipe, there are some deficiencies (defects) for changing round pipes into rectangle ones. We's technicians have worked hard in researching and designing to invent directly square straight seam welded pipe production line. This new technology was utilized by Wuxi Hengfa Steel Pipe Company in 2000. It is China's first self-developed directly square straight seam welded pipe production line.

This welded pipe production line is dedicated to the production of rectangular pipe, with the diameter from 50 × 50 to 150 × 150mm, and the thickness from 1.5 to 6 mm. We have used new technical softness forming, making the forming more reasonable, lessening consumption, improving the production efficiency and aiding in cost-effectiveness.
